The Immigration Firm will help New York clients with crucial legal issues, such as petitions of residency and deportation proceedings. Other core legal services include H-1B professional worker visa applications, naturalization and asylum requests.

The practice is currently a subsidiary of Vivian M. Williams & Associates, which specializes in intellectual property, civil litigation and real estate law, but will eventually become an independent boutique law firm.
